Refunds & Cancellations — Jordan Explore LLC

Quick summary: Supplier rules govern third-party bookings. Our own Jordan Explore tours follow the schedule below unless your confirmation says otherwise. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

1) How to request a cancellation

  • Email support@jordanexplore.com or call 1-888-493-6077.
  • Include: booking reference, traveler names (exact as on booking), travel dates, the items to cancel, and whether you prefer refund, credit, or rebooking (where permitted).
  • We may require a signed authorization and ID (per supplier requirements) before processing.

Heads-up: If your confirmation states different cancellation terms, those control.

2) Third-Party Supplier Bookings (Agency Role)

  • Each airline/hotel/cruise/tour/insurance provider has its own cancellation, change, and refund policy. Those policies apply to your booking.
  • “Non-refundable” fares/rates usually cannot be refunded; some may allow credits or changes with fees/fare differences.
  • No-shows or late arrivals are typically non-refundable. Name changes may be prohibited.
  • When a refund is approved by the supplier, funds are released per the supplier’s process/timeline. We’ll monitor and keep you updated.
  • Any Jordan Explore service fees (if charged) are not refundable unless required by law.

3) Jordan Explore Tours (Operator Role)

Unless your confirmation states otherwise, this schedule applies to our own Jordan Explore tours:

  • Deposits: Non-refundable unless your confirmation states otherwise.
  • Minimums & operations: If a tour cannot operate (e.g., minimum not met), we’ll offer rebooking or a refund of amounts paid to us for that tour.
  • Force Majeure: See §7 — remedies may be credits or rebooking rather than cash refunds.

4) Refund method & timing

  • Refunds are generally returned to the original form of payment.
  • For supplier-processed refunds (air/hotel/cruise/tour/insurance), timing is controlled by the supplier. We’ll pass funds through promptly once received.
  • Bank/statement posting times vary by institution; please allow additional time after we confirm a refund has been issued.

5) Changes & rebooking

  • Where permitted, changes may incur supplier/operator fees plus any fare/price differences.
  • We’ll present available options before proceeding; availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.

6) Chargebacks

A credit card dispute is not a valid method of cancellation. Supplier terms still apply. Contact us first—most issues can be resolved faster without a dispute.

7) Force Majeure

For events beyond reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, war, civil unrest, epidemics, government actions), suppliers or Jordan Explore may cancel/modify/delay services. Remedies may include rebooking or credits; cash refunds depend on the governing policy (supplier or our tour terms).

8) Travel insurance

  • We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance (trip cancellation/interruption, medical, evacuation, baggage). “Cancel For Any Reason” (CFAR) may be available from some carriers; terms vary.
  • Claims are made with the insurer directly. Keep copies of invoices, confirmations, and cancellation notices.

9) Seller-of-Travel disclosures

  • Payments notice: For third-party travel, payments are processed through secure supplier/partner portals; we do not accept direct client payments for those services.
  • Required SOT statements (verbatim):
    Jordan Explore LLC — FST No. ST15578 and CST No. 2090937-50. Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California. We are not a participant in the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund.
