This page explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your choices.
1) Who we are
Jordan Explore LLC (“Jordan Explore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a U.S. travel agency. For third‑party travel (flights, hotels, cruises, insurance, activities), we book through secure supplier/partner portals. For our own limited Jordan ground services, we act as the tour operator.
2) What this policy covers
Applies to
- Websites/pages we control (e.g., jordanexplore.com) and supplier booking tools we embed or link to.
- Email, text, chat, forms, and social accounts we control.
Does not apply to
- Vendor systems you access directly (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, insurance, visa providers). Their policies govern their platforms.
- Offline collection unrelated to our services.

- Payment‑related: billing address, last 4 digits, authorization forms. We do not store full card numbers.
- Preferences/requests: seating/room, accessibility or dietary needs, religious travel preferences (e.g., Umrah). Sensitive data is used only to fulfill your request and, where required, with consent.

6) Payments & processing
- Third‑party travel: Your payments are processed via secure supplier/partner portals—we do not accept direct client payments for those services. You receive a detailed invoice and vendor confirmation.
